Our delivery service is not just about getting your purchase to you—it’s about creating an effortless and personalized experience from start to finish. We handle every detail with care, delivering not only your items but peace of mind as well.

Shipping Process

We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important. That's why we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, on a day that works best for you. To make things easier, we will ship all items within an order together and provide an estimated delivery window when you place your order. Once your items reach the local terminal near you, the carrier will reach out to schedule your delivery.

If your order is shipped via a small parcel carrier like UPS, your delivery will follow the tracking details provided rather than a scheduled time. For larger shipments, please be prepared for delivery within a 4-hour window, as scheduled directly with the carrier.

When your delivery arrives, please inspect the packaging for any visible issues and note any damages when signing for the shipment. Should you wish to add to your order after it’s been prepared for shipment, please note that additional fees may apply, including for evening or weekend deliveries. In some areas, weekend delivery may not be available.

If you’ve chosen in-store pickup, you will receive a confirmation call from our warehouse before collecting your order.

Please be aware that while we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. The Future Movement cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or additional costs that may arise due to these circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping ensures that your order will be delivered to the "first dry area," such as your garage or the lobby/service area of a high-rise building. This option does not include inside delivery, assembly, or removal of packaging debris. A signature will be required for all deliveries unless shipped via UPS or another small parcel carrier.

White Glove Shipping

Our premium White Glove service offers a truly tailored experience. This service includes a scheduled delivery appointment, inside delivery up to one flight of stairs, full assembly of your items, and removal of all large packaging materials.

Please note that White Glove service does not include installation of wall mounts for products that use French Cleats, nor does it cover the installation of light fixtures.

  Shipping Charges & Details

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A $159 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders up to $5,000.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Once an order has been shipped, the shipping charge is non-refundable, even in the case of damaged or defective items.

  Shipping costs are calculated based on the product subtotal before taxes and discounts are applied. Any additional fees that arise with the delivery, such as missed delivery attempts, weekend delivery, or storage fees, will be passed on to the customer.

  Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to track the progress of their order once it has been shipped.

  Upgrading to White Glove Shipping

  If you choose to upgrade to White Glove Shipping after your order has been processed, please note that a significant surcharge will apply, and this upgrade may result in delays. White Glove service is available throughout the United States.
